- Purpose: Financial data aggregation for cashflow analysis

Navexa (if you choose to connect):

Payment Processors:
- Stripe and PayPal: Payment processing for fees and subscriptions
- Data Shared: Payment information (processed securely by these providers)
- Note: We do not store credit card details on our servers
- Location: Various (as per provider locations)
Third-party disclosure
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your Personally Identifiable Information unless we provide users with advance notice, or unless you explicitly agree (e.g. by clicking a button or submitting a specific form) which is designed to match you with an expert as part of our referral system.

- SOA Versions: All versions retained indefinitely for compliance and record-keeping purposes
- File Notes: Retained indefinitely for ASIC record-keeping requirements
After retention periods, we securely delete or anonymize your information where legally permitted.
CAN SPAM Act
The CAN-SPAM Act is a law that sets the rules for commercial email, establishes requirements for commercial messages, gives recipients the right to have emails stopped from being sent to them, and spells out tough penalties for violations.
